Why ExcelPoint Tutoring exists
ExcelPoint Tutoring was founded by Sharmin Bhaiyat to provide students and English-language test candidates with personalized guidance, practical learning strategies, and the encouragement they need to achieve their goals.
Since 2018, Sharmin has been tutoring and academically mentoring students with different learning needs and abilities. She has helped learners understand challenging concepts, strengthen their foundational knowledge, improve their study habits, and approach their academic work with greater confidence. She adapts her teaching methods to each student and breaks complex topics into clear, manageable steps.
A passion for continuous learning has always been central to Sharmin’s journey. She believes knowledge becomes more valuable when it is shared and used to help others grow, and that belief inspired her to establish ExcelPoint Tutoring.

Sharmin has personally gone through the Canadian immigration process and understands the importance of meeting English-language testing requirements.
This gives her firsthand knowledge of the test format, preparation process, time constraints, and skills required to perform successfully.
